![]() ![]() Similarly, the healing property module also does not disappear when taking the same action. The Link Burst Rounds no longer disappear when touching a field. If they were to say, attempt to create an AGE level Soma, and they are already trying to restrain current AGEs then they'd probably fail and end up creating an aragami that they can't tame anyways. The patch also makes adjustments to the Burst Arts “Hell or Heaven”. For all we know though is that for AGEs to be this strong, the experiments that led to them being a thing could easily have been a result of multiple failures, since they are already using orphans as expendable subjects. GE3's writing is pretty bad compared to the others and there isn't much detail to go on. It's because they are so strong that people treat them like garbage because they are even closer to Aragami. They can survive in the ashlands and are said to have stronger abilities compared to older gen GEs. ![]() They are by far considered waaaay more powerful and they are made from inhumane experiments already. So, yes Newtypes and everything else after are stronger or have the potential to become stronger compared to Soma.ĪGEs are like Gen 4. ![]() They can switch between gun or sword, while Gen1s only have one or the other. Newtypes aka Gen 2 GEs have been explained in GE1. His main thing is that he can produce his own bias factor and is very compatible with his god arc, but he is still a Gen1/Oldtype and a lot of his strength comes from experience. GE1 is you using the P53 Bias Factor, but have compatibility with a special God Arc that was literally the lastest technology, and you are one of the only people during that era in 2071 that was a New-Type God Eater. Others already said it, but the technology for a 2nd Gen God Arc was not available back when Soma became a God Eater. They needed some of the best minds behind the Managarm Project as well, so I don't think it was possible to get all the best minds to easily work on the AGE project. I can imagine a number of early P73 Bias Factor experiments for AGEs going wrong, especially with how desperate and limited on time the people would have become after the arrival of the Ashlands. As the AGEs creation is based on the original Managarm Project that used the P73 Bias Factor, wouldn't it be possible for people to be afraid of the monsters that a failed P73 Bias Factor experiment would create? Not to mention that it was kinda known to people in the Far East that being around Soma during your mission means that your mission would face a larger amount or stronger Aragami, as Soma's presence pulls in Aragami. They need AGEs NOW!ĪGEs are products of a P73 Bias Factor variant, specifically P73c, which was made to combat the Ashlands' corrosive ability. Twelve fucking years! It already takes 4 years for most military academies to create soldiers from civilians, making more Somas would need three times that amount of time, not to mention the facilities and manpower needed to raise all those babies! That's too long, especially when the Ashlands have already become a thing. Turnover rate for the production of a God Eater made in the style of Soma would likely be twelve years, the age in which Soma first became a true God Eater, rather than just a house of the P73 Bias Factor. Fetuses IRL in some cases are already capable of taking their mother's life, what about literal mutants similar to Soma that instead go berserk due to bad mutation? Imagine what would have happened if Soma mutated within his mother long before it was possible for him to be born. They could make new, stronger God Eaters while taking less resources, and much less dead women, not to mention that Soma was practically a miracle. In twenty-five years, people went from non-internet communication to heavy internet use within the span of about that much time. Original Type P73 Bias Factor, which is the Bias Factor used on Soma, uses studies from twenty-five years before the Ashlands appeared. ![]()
